1) Definitions
- Client/You: the person or organization making the reservation.
- Passengers: all persons traveling on the reservation.
- Reservation: confirmed service with date(s), time(s), itinerary, and vehicle class.
- Itinerary: pickup/drop-off addresses, stops, timing, and special instructions agreed in writing.
- Hourly/Charter: service billed by time with a potential minimum hours.
- Point-to-Point: service billed per trip between fixed points (may include wait/OT if exceeded).
2) Booking & Payment
- Quotes: Itemized estimates based on details you provide. Final pricing may change if the itinerary or timing changes.
- Deposit: A deposit may be required to secure your date and vehicle. Deposits are typically non-refundable unless stated otherwise in your confirmation.
- Balance: Due as stated in your confirmation email/contract. Unpaid balances may result in cancellation without refund.
- Accepted methods: As listed on your invoice/confirmation. A valid payment method must be on file for incidentals, overtime, or damages.
3) Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
- Changes: Route/time/stop changes must be requested in advance and are subject to availability and revised pricing.
- Rescheduling: We will accommodate when possible; new rates/minimums may apply.
- Cancellations: Written notice required. Unless your confirmation states otherwise, deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations within proximity to the service date/time may incur additional fees up to the full fare.
- No-show: Failure to appear at the scheduled pickup after the grace period (see §6) may be charged the full fare plus wait time.
4) Service Conditions
- Vehicle class: You are reserving a class/type (e.g., stretch limo, SUV, party bus). Specific interiors/layouts vary by unit.
- Substitution: We may substitute an equal or upgraded vehicle/class if the reserved unit becomes unavailable (e.g., mechanical issue). We will notify you as soon as practicable.
- Chauffeurs: Professional, vetted drivers operate vehicles and follow company safety standards and applicable laws.
- Capacity: Passenger counts must not exceed the stated seating capacity. For comfort and safety, the recommended capacity may be lower than the maximum.
5) Passenger Conduct & Safety
- Seatbelts: Where equipped, passengers must use seatbelts. Remain seated while the vehicle is in motion.
- No smoking/vaping: Strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
- Alcohol: BYO permitted only for guests 21+ where allowed by law and vehicle type. Government-issued ID required. No service of alcohol by staff.
- Drugs & contraband: Illegal substances or hazardous items are prohibited. Violations may terminate service without refund.
- Behavior: Abusive, unsafe, or disorderly conduct may result in immediate termination of service without refund.
6) Timekeeping, Overtime & Wait Time
- Start/End: Hourly charters begin at the scheduled start time and end at vehicle release. Point-to-point includes a reasonable grace period.
- Overtime: Billed in class-based increments if service exceeds the confirmed duration. Overtime is subject to driver/legal hour limits and availability.
- Wait time: After the grace period at any pickup, wait time may be charged per the vehicle class. Excessive delays can require itinerary adjustments.
7) Stops, Routing & Venue Rules
- Stops: Please list all stops in advance for accurate timing and pricing. Unplanned stops are subject to availability.
- Routing: Chauffeurs may adjust routing for safety, traffic, or venue regulations.
- Loading zones: We follow legal loading/parking rules. Some venues may restrict idling or curbside pickup; additional walking or timing may be required.
8) Property, Cleanliness & Damages
- Cleanliness: A cleaning fee may apply for spills, excessive trash, or biohazards.
- Damage: Client is responsible for costs to repair damage caused by passengers (including downtime).
- Items: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or left-behind items. Check the vehicle before release.
9) Children, Child Seats & Luggage
- Child seats: Available upon request when booked in advance; specify type and quantity. Client is responsible for proper installation when applicable.
- Unaccompanied minors: Require adult supervision unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Luggage: Must fit safely. Oversized items should be disclosed prior to booking.
10) Delays, Weather & Force Majeure
- We strive for punctuality, but are not liable for delays due to weather, traffic, road closures, accidents, law enforcement activity, or events beyond our control.
- If conditions make operation unsafe, we may pause, modify, or terminate service; unused time may be credited at our discretion.
11) Fees, Tolls & Surcharges
- Quoted pricing may exclude tolls, parking, venue fees, cleaning/damage, extra stops, or overtime unless explicitly stated.
- Peak-date minimums or surcharges may apply (e.g., proms, holidays, major events).
12) Liability Limits
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bravo Limo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the service.
- In all cases, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts paid for the specific reservation at issue.
13) Administration
- Governing terms: Your confirmation email/contract may include specific terms that prevail over any conflicting general terms on this page.
- Governing law & venue: Unless otherwise stated in your confirmation, these Terms are governed by applicable state and federal law in our primary operating jurisdiction.
- Updates: We may update these Terms at any time. The effective date is the “Last updated” date below.
