For Departures - Rides to the Airport
When traveling to the airport, your pickup address is your starting point. This may be a home address, hotel, office, or other location. Along with that, provide your destination airport, your scheduled departure date, and the time you need to arrive. If your itinerary includes stops along the way - such as picking up another traveler - note each stop address when submitting your request.
For Arrivals - Rides from the Airport
When arranging a pickup after landing, providing your airline name, flight number, and scheduled arrival time helps the reservation team understand your itinerary. Include the final destination address - whether that is a residence, hotel, business, or event venue. If the trip involves multiple destinations or a return trip on a later date, that information can be included in the trip notes.
Passenger Count and Luggage
The number of passengers traveling together directly affects which vehicle categories are appropriate.
